Ali Landry is a Cajun French and Spanish model and actress born in Breaux Bridge Louisiana in the year 1973. She has two siblings, a sister and a brother, and has been popularly known as the Doritos Girl after she appeared in a commercial advert for the 1998 Super Bowl. Ali, who is a member of the Kappa Delta Sorority, went to Cecilia High School and later to the University of Southern Louisiana for her mass communication degree.

Ali Landry who stands at 1.73m or 5′ 8″ has been active in her modeling career since she completed high school and has been busy since then; engaging herself in many activities. She is undoubtedly one of the most successful models of her time, something that accounts for her stylish looks every time she is seen around. She has been crowned beauty queen several times in major competitions including Miss Louisiana Teen USA in 1990, Miss Louisiana in 1996 and Miss USA the same year. Landry is also the 1996 Miss Photogenic award winner during the Miss USA in 1996. She has been a favorite with many magazines and photographers which definitely helped to propel her modeling career.

Apart from engaging in modeling, she has also hosted several TV programs and appeared in several films which include Full Frontal Fashion (2002) and Bella (2006) respectively. Belle is an award winning film which was directed by Landry’s husband. The model whose birth name is Ali Germaine Landry has also appeared in several TV episodes as herself including Celebrity Ghost Stories, The Superstars, Rosary Stars, Secret’s Out and Who Are You Wearing, among others. She also hosted the 2008 American Music Awards as a backstage host and the 51st Annual Miss USA Pageant in 2002.

Ali Landry was a participant during the Boston Marathon hence apart from modeling, acting and hosting TV shows she can also be active in sports as well. The model is not just beautiful but is also business minded. She ventured into the world of design with her children’s clothing line dubbed Belle Parish which will start selling in the spring of next year.

The one time “People Magazine’s 50 most beautiful people in the world” and the FHM Magazine’s “one of the sexiest women in the world” a couple of times, has been married twice. She was first married to Mario Lopez but for less than one month and then to San Miguel de Allende who is her current husband. Ali is a mother of one which is perhaps the reason why she presently hosts the celebrity mother’s talk show, Spotlight to Nightlight, aired on Yahoo. Her daughter, Estela Ines Monteverda was born in July 2007.
